Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are subject to English Law and Jurisdiction in full. A contract exists between the customer and KegHire.com once an order has been agreed by email.

Age Restriction

If we believe you are under18 years of age, we will not supply you with our products. We reserve the right to refuse your order at any time and to request ID should we suspect you are attempting to buy alcohol illegally.

Payment Methods

We require full payment prior to delivery of your kegs, which can be paid in one of three ways:

1.Over the phone with a valid debit or credit card

2.By cheque, which must be received at least 7 days before your delivery date so that it has time to clear.

3.Cash on delivery.

If no-one is available when our technician delivers your keg, you will be liable for a call-out fee of £30

Prices

Prices of our products are as stated on our website at the time of booking subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item/s at the time that the amended order is confirmed. This also applies to the limited offer of any promotional product, should subsequent amendments be confirmed outside of the promotional period.

Products

We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, we will arrange with you for these goods to be returned to us, as long as these goods are unused and in good condition. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered plus the cost of delivery.

Delivery

Any deliveries outside of our designated areas will be charged an additional fee. Keg Hire.com is not, under any circumstances, obliged to deliver outside of Brighton, Hove, East and West Sussex.

Keg Hire Period

Keg Hire period is for a maximum of 2 days, unless otherwise agreed with

ourselves in writing.

Inspection of Goods

You agree to inspect the goods on delivery. If you discover that the goods are damaged in any way, or you have not received the correct quantity, you will inform the delivery driver immediately. You agree to retain any damaged product for our inspection and collection. We agree to give you a full refund when you provide us with reasonable proof of the damaged product. If it is clear that your goods are damaged, or are of the incorrect quantity, you should not accept delivery.

Defective Goods

We take great care to ensure that all goods leave our depot in good condition. However, in the unlikely event that damage has occurred in transit, and on confirmation of this damage upon delivery, we will replace the damaged item immediately. Once items have been delivered and accepted by the customer, we cannot assume responsibility for the cost of replacing these items. Kegs that have been opened will be charged at their listed price.

Claims for Breakages

It is advised that you carry out an inspection of the goods upon delivery in order to make sure they are satisfactory condition. Any claims for breakages must be evidenced by written confirmation on the delivery driver’s documentation otherwise we will not be liable. Keg Hire.com must be informed of any breakages immediately.

Privacy Policy

We fully respect your right to privacy. We never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any information you give to Keg Hire.com will be treated with the utmost discretion and will only be used in ways that you have given your consent to.
